Check the dates, rooms, number of guests and price before paying. The arrival deposit is paid separately and is not included in the online payment.

A search does not guarantee availability. Keep your booking confirmation and the conditions of your selected rate.

You can leave a comment to arrange your arrival or another need. Our team must confirm whether your request can be accommodated.

How to complete your booking

Book through CasaFran: choose one or more rooms, assign guests and check the dates, total and conditions before continuing to Getnet to pay. Searching availability does not confirm a booking or charge you. Check the result and keep your booking confirmation.

Children and cots policy

Children up to 2 years old are welcome at no additional charge. For their comfort, a cot can be added to the room at no extra cost, by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

Taxes (VAT) and exemptions for foreign visitors

Chilean guests and foreign residents in Chile must pay 19% Value Added Tax (VAT). This also applies if the reservation is paid for from abroad through our website. To be exempt from this tax, foreign tourists must pay for their stay in US dollars (USD) through PayPal.

Admission and visitors

To protect everyone's safety and rest, people who have not been registered in advance or whose visit has not been reported by the reservation holder will not be allowed into the rooms or shared spaces. CasaFran reserves the right to refuse admission or continued stay to any guest, before or during their stay, if they do not comply with the rules of respectful conduct provided upon arrival.
