Contact and account details
We use your name, email and phone number to manage your booking and contact you about it. If you create an account, we also use them to manage your access and history. Booking does not subscribe you to promotions.
Bookings and payments
CasaFran uses Stays to manage availability, rates and bookings. Payment takes place on Getnet’s platform, which receives your card details; do not enter them on CasaFran, by email, WhatsApp or in comments. These providers process the information needed to manage your booking and payment under their privacy policies.
The website and API hosting services process the technical data needed to provide the service. We use Resend for account, booking and newsletter emails. Google Maps and Instagram load only with your permission. Fonts are served from this website.
Newsletter
News subscriptions require your separate consent and email confirmation. We use your email and chosen language to send the news you requested. You can unsubscribe from each newsletter or by contacting CasaFran. We keep the record needed to respect your choice after you unsubscribe.
