View stay policies- Check-in
- From 15:00. Early check-in is strictly subject to the hotel's availability at the time and incurs an additional charge.
- Check-out
- By 11:00. Late check-out is strictly subject to the hotel's availability at the time and incurs an additional charge.
- Security deposit
- Deposit per room, requested on arrival: CLP 50,000 for Mexico, Chile and France (capacity of 4 or more guests), and CLP 30,000 for the other rooms. It covers minibar consumption, damage and any noise penalties. If charges exceed this amount, the difference is charged according to the situation. Any remaining balance is returned at check-out when applicable.
- Pets
- Pets are not permitted.
- Smoking
- Only on the back patio. Prohibited on the terrace, in rooms and in indoor shared spaces.
- Parking
- We do not have our own parking. You can arrange a nearby option, one block from the hotel, with the CasaFran team.
- Quiet hours
- Quiet must be maintained from 23:00 to respect our guests’ rest.
- Children and cots policy
- Children up to 2 years old are welcome at no additional charge. For their comfort, a cot can be added to the room at no extra cost, by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
- Taxes (VAT) and exemptions for foreign visitors
- Chilean guests and foreign residents in Chile must pay 19% Value Added Tax (VAT). This also applies if the reservation is paid for from abroad through our website. To be exempt from this tax, foreign tourists must pay for their stay in US dollars (USD) through PayPal.
- Admission and visitors
- To protect everyone's safety and rest, people who have not been registered in advance or whose visit has not been reported by the reservation holder will not be allowed into the rooms or shared spaces. CasaFran reserves the right to refuse admission or continued stay to any guest, before or during their stay, if they do not comply with the rules of respectful conduct provided upon arrival.
- Reservation transfers and changes
- If your reservation is within the days before arrival when no refund applies under our cancellation policies, you may change the reservation dates (within the current calendar year) or transfer your reservation to another person. All changes must be requested in writing at [email protected] or through our WhatsApp.
